Found, Rescued & Rebuilt:  The worlds oldest working excavator....a steam navy built in Lincoln in 1909 steams again at the Vintage Excavator Trust in Cumbria. The incredible story of 'HOOLEY' is told on a new DVD, "THE RUSTON IN THE BLUE LAGOON" by Lincoln based film maker Andrew Blow.

It's not the Loch Nesss monster but there is definitely something familiar about the thingy sticking out of the water to breath ?
